Fine Tuner - Privacy Policy

Introduction

This privacy policy applies to the Fine Tuner app (hereafter referred to as "Application") developed by UrionSoft (hereafter referred to as "Service Provider").

The Application is available on both Android and Windows. The Android version is ad-supported, whereas the Windows version does not use advertisements or third-party analytics services.

Information Collection and Use

Microphone Access

The Application requires access to your device's microphone to detect audio input for tuning purposes. The audio data captured is processed locally on your device to identify sound frequencies and musical notes. No audio data is stored, transmitted, or shared with any third-party services.

The Android version of the Application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.

In-App Purchases

The Application offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that allows users to permanently remove advertisements.

All in-app purchases are processed securely through Google Play. The Service Provider does not collect, store, or have access to any payment information such as credit card details.

Once the purchase is confirmed, the removal of ads is automatically applied to your account and remains active as long as the Application is installed and linked to the same Google account used for the purchase.

Users who reinstall the Application or change devices can restore their previous purchase through Google Play without additional cost.

The Service Provider does not have access to or store any payment information. Purchase transactions are processed and managed by Google Play in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.

Opt-Out Rights

You may stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application. Additionally, you can revoke access to the microphone through your device’s settings. Note that disabling microphone access will prevent the Application from functioning as a tuner.

For ads, users can opt out of personalized advertising via Google’s settings: Google Ads Settings.

Windows Version

The Windows version does not include any ads or third-party tracking, so no opt-out options are necessary.

Data Retention Policy

Android Version

The Service Provider does not store any data on its own servers. Data collected by Google AdMob is processed and retained according to Google’s Privacy Policy and data retention practices.

Windows Version

The Windows version of the Application does not store or retain any user data.

Children’s Privacy

The Application is not targeted at users under the age of 13. UrionSoft does not collect personal information from users, including children under 13. Therefore, no personal data can be deleted as none is collected.

The Application’s use of the microphone is limited to audio frequency analysis and does not record, transmit, or share data.

Security

The Service Provider values your trust in providing data and uses commercially acceptable means to protect it.

Windows Version

The Windows version of the Application processes all data locally and does not transmit any information over the internet.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Users are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after being posted on this page.
