Introduction
This privacy policy applies to the iOS version of the Fine Tuner app (the “Application”) developed by UrionSoft (“Service Provider”).
The Application is available on the Apple App Store and is ad-supported using Google AdMob.
Information Collection and Use
Microphone Access
The Application requires access to your device’s microphone to detect sound for instrument tuning. Audio data is processed locally on your device to determine pitch and frequency. No audio is recorded, stored, transmitted, or shared with any third party.
Advertising Data
The Application uses Google AdMob to display non-personalized ads. AdMob may receive limited, non-identifying technical data such as your device type, language, approximate region, or IP address to serve context-based ads.
No cross-app tracking, user profiling, or personalized advertising is used. The Application does not collect any personal information such as name, email, or location.
Third-Party Services
The Application integrates Google AdMob to serve advertisements. These third parties have their own privacy policies describing how they handle data.
In-App Purchases
The Application offers a one-time purchase to permanently remove ads. Transactions are processed securely through the Apple App Store. UrionSoft does not collect or store any payment information.
Purchases can be restored anytime using the same Apple ID. UrionSoft does not store any personal data related to purchases.
Opt-Out Rights
You can revoke microphone access at any time via Settings → Privacy → Microphone. Disabling this permission will prevent the Application from functioning as a tuner.
You can also disable personalized ads in your device’s Apple Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
To stop all data collection, uninstall the Application.
Data Retention Policy
UrionSoft does not store user data on its servers. Ad data collected by Google AdMob is managed according to Google’s retention policies.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 13. UrionSoft does not knowingly collect any personal data from minors. Audio processing occurs locally and no data is recorded or transmitted.
Security
All processing occurs locally or through secure third-party SDKs (e.g., AdMob). The Service Provider applies reasonable technical measures to safeguard user data.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Users are encouraged to review it from time to time.
Your Consent
By using the iOS version of the Application, you consent to the practices described in this policy, including the display of non-personalized ads through Google AdMob.
