Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to the iOS version of the TickTuner application (hereafter referred to as the "Application") developed by UrionSoft (hereafter referred to as the "Service Provider").
The iOS version is ad-supported and available on the Apple App Store.
Information Collection and Use
Advertising Data
The Application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect limited, non-identifiable technical information such as your device type, language, IP address, and general region in order to provide personalized or non-personalized ads, depending on your consent settings.
The Application itself does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or precise location data.
Third-Party Services
The Application integrates third-party services to provide advertisements and platform functionality. These third parties have their own privacy policies governing data collection and processing.
These services may collect data as described in their respective privacy policies.
In-App Purchases
The Application offers optional in-app purchases that allow users to access additional features or content packs.
When a pack is purchased, advertisements are automatically removed. No separate purchase is required to disable ads.
All in-app purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store. The Service Provider does not collect, store, or have access to any payment information such as credit card details.
Once a purchase is confirmed, the purchased features or content are automatically applied to your account and remain available as long as the Application is installed and linked to the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
Users who reinstall the Application or change devices can restore their previous purchases through the Apple App Store without additional cost.
The Application does not track or store any personal data related to in-app purchase history.
Opt-Out Rights
You may stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application.
For ads, you can disable personalized advertising via Apple’s settings: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider does not store any data directly on its servers. Ad data and usage data collected by third-party services such as AdMob are governed by their respective retention policies.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not targeted at users under the age of 13. UrionSoft does not collect personal information from users, including children under 13. Therefore, no personal data can be deleted as none is collected.
Security
The Service Provider values your trust and uses commercially acceptable means to protect it. All processing is performed locally on your device or through secure, verified third-party SDKs such as AdMob.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Users are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after being posted on this page.
Your Consent
By using the iOS version of the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy, including the display of advertisements managed by Google AdMob.
